Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy is provided as a starting template. Please have it reviewed by a qualified attorney and update it to reflect your actual tools, booking platform and practices before publishing.

We want booking with Calm Heart Wellness to be simple and fair. This policy explains how class cancellations, package expirations, memberships and refunds work.

1. Class Cancellations

• Cancel at least 12 hours before class and your class credit is returned to your account.
• Late cancellations (less than 12 hours before class) and no-shows will use one class from your package. Unlimited members may be charged a late-cancel fee of $10–$15.
• You can cancel through your booking account, by phone at (347) 634-5288 or by email.
• Studio cancellations: if we cancel a class, your credit is returned automatically, or you may request a refund for that class.

2. Private Sessions

Private sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.

3. Package Expiration

• New Student Offers expire 30 days after purchase or first use, as shown at checkout.
• 5-class packages expire 3 months after purchase; 10-class packages expire 6 months after purchase, unless a different period is shown at checkout.
• Expiration extensions may be granted for documented medical reasons. Contact us before your package expires.

4. Membership Cancellation

• Monthly memberships renew automatically until cancelled.
• To cancel, contact us in writing (email is fine) at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you can continue attending until then.
• There is no cancellation fee for month-to-month memberships.
• If you signed a membership agreement with a commitment term, the cancellation terms in that agreement apply, together with any cancellation rights you have under New York law.

5. Refunds

• Unused class packages may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no classes have been used.
• Partially used packages, intro offers and past membership months are generally non-refundable, but we will review requests for medical reasons or relocation on a case-by-case basis.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
